Purpose and Basis of Processing: Conducting and resolving the recruitment process for the position you are applying for based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR in the scope of personal data specified in Article 22¹ § 1 of the Labor Code, and based on your consent, i.e., Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for personal data exceeding this scope. Including your application in future recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator based on your consent, i.e., Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Processing Period: Your data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process and for 3 months from its conclusion, and if you have given your consent for the processing of personal data for the purpose of participating in future recruitment processes, for 12 months from the submission of application documents. Recipients of Personal Data: Personal data will be disclosed by the Administrator only to trusted recipients such as companies providing and servicing selected IT systems and solutions used by the Administrator for data processing. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA or to international organizations. Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, and in certain cases, the right to request their deletion or restriction of processing, or their transfer. At any time, you can withdraw your consent, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data is voluntary, although in the scope specified in Article 22¹ § 1 of the Labor Code, it is necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
